Branch Manager
Mehlburger Brawley, Inc., a multi state Consulting Engineering Firm is seeking a qualified civil engineer for an executive level in management/design. The position requires a minimum of a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Ok. PE license and Five years experience (after obtaining P.E.) in design/project management/construction management for federal/state/local governmental environmental and/or transportation projects, with experience in water and/or wastewater treatment plant design, pipeline hydraulics, pump station, water/sewer pipeline design or street, roadway and bridge design. Project Manager
This position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering with minimum of 4
years experience in project management for municipal projects, with
experience in water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant,
pipeline hydraulics, pump station, pipeline design and road design.
Experience with water resources planning, water distribution
modeling, and construction phase management is a plus. Registration
as a professional engineer in the state of Oklahoma required within
six months of hire. Candidates must have experience in project

Electrical Engineer, P.E.
This position requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and minimum of 4
years experience in design of electrical systems and controls for water treatment plants, wastewater treatment
plants, industrial buildings and pump stations. Registration

Project Designer, E.I.
This position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a minimum of
2 years experience. A variety of specializations could be considered
including utility design, commercial site development, program
management, and/or general municipal engineering. A M.S. in Civil
Engineering may be substituted for one year of experience.
Registration as an Engineering Intern in the state of Oklahoma is

CADD Technician
This position requires a minimum 5 years of experience using AutoCAD
to do civil-related design drafting in the area of Water and
Wastewater facilities design. Should be able to understand survey
data and have experience drafting site layouts, equipment layout,
piping, pipe fittings, valves, plan and profiles, pump stations and
concrete structures as they apply to treatment facilities. Candidate
should be capable of understanding and reviewing multi-discipline
drawings and identifying conflicts between the civil design and the

Representative
This full-time position requires a degree in Construction
Technology, Building Construction or Construction Science.
Or, candidates must have the following equivalent experience:
*5 years experience in utility construction (water, storm sewer,
sanitary sewer, roadway, electrical) with at least 2 years
experience at foreman level
*Ability to interpret plans and specifications
*Ability to write daily reports
*Possess good communication skills
*Assertiveness and negotiation training a plus
