JOHN M. MILLER, E.I.
Mr. Miller is an Assistant Branch Manager and
Project Manager with NRS, INC. He is a registered Professional
Engineer in Oklahoma and Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Civil Engineering (2002) from Arkansas State University.
While attending college Mr. Miller was active in the University’s
Student Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was
president of the organization from 2001 to 2002 and competed in the
ASCE/AISC Student Steel Bridge Competition on both the Regional and
National levels.
Mr. Miller has worked in the construction of
water and wastewater facilities as well as for the Federal Highway
Administration and NRS, Inc giving him over eight years of
construction and engineering experience. While with the Federal
Highway Administration, he aided in the preparation of numerous
environmental documents, traffic and transportation studies,
engineering reports, plans, specifications, project cost estimates,
and construction inspection reports in Idaho and Montana. While in
Idaho, he also worked with the Bridge Design Division of the Idaho
Transportation Department. Mr. Miller also served as a project
representative in Yellowstone National Park with the Western Federal
Lands Division of the Federal Highway Administration.
Mr. Miller began working with NRS, Inc in 2004 and has since worked
extensively on water and wastewater projects in Oklahoma. He has
been involved in numerous water and wastewater projects from project
development through completed construction. His experience includes
development and management of projects including water and
wastewater treatment facilities, water storage facilities, water
distribution mains including large diameter piping, booster pump
stations, raw water intake systems, water wells, sewer collection
systems, sewage pumping stations, and wastewater land application
systems. His experience also includes development and management of
roadway, rail spur, and bridge projects. Mr. Miller is a member of
the American Society of Civil Engineers. |
