NRS, INC. (an Oklahoma Corporation) has been providing engineering
services to Cities and Towns in Oklahoma and has made a commitment to providing the highest level of
responsive, professional engineering services to our clients. Many
of these Cities and Towns have been clients since 1995. Members of our staff have experience in providing planning, design
and construction management services for the over one hundred (100)
governmental clients, including direct experience in working for
municipal (city) government, State (ODOT) government and Federal
(FHWA) government. We feel that our staff is uniquely qualified to
provide planning, engineering design, construction management and
resident inspection for your public works/infrastructure improvement
projects. We are diligent in our efforts to assist our clients in
securing project funds from a variety of sources including
Revenue/General Obligation bonds as well as state and federal
funding through grant and loan programs.
Brawley Engineering Corporation brings to our clients over 40 years of experience in the design and
consultation of roadways, highways, & bridge projects. By increasing
our staff by six (6) professional engineers and eleven (11) support
personnel we can provide our clients with the same level of
professional transportation engineering services they have come to
expect from our municipal/environmental engineering service.Additionally to better serve our Client’s needs, NRS / BEC has added
an office strictly dedicated to Geotechnical Engineering that is
staffed by a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience.
With this experience, subsurface investigations and data evaluation
can be conducted according to ASTM, AASHTO, USCOE, ODOT and TxDOT
methods. This office, located in Bethany, has developed a
well-equipped soils laboratory and we have recently purchased our
first drill rig.The NRS / BEC Staff has a thorough knowledge of the issues
involved in Transportation Bridge Design and municipal government including land use planning;
zoning; sub-division development; water and wastewater treatment
systems and plant operations, in addition to our experience in
design and construction management.
